TRAINING OVERVIEW
FEI Systems provides comprehensive and engaging training services to support users of all of our applications. Our training professionals deliver trainings in multiple formats: face-to-face trainings, online trainings, recorded online trainings, training webinars, train-the-trainer events, and conference call trainings. We customize trainings to meet the specific needs of different audiences, from admin users and government staff to case managers and providers—each with different application workflows.

OUR APPROACH
FEI Systems’ training professionals tailor each training to the needs of the specific learner groups and their roles in using the applications. We develop training plans and conduct needs assessments to guide the training goals and objectives. Our trainers develop training materials such as PowerPoint trainer and user guides, training handouts and job aids, and reference materials. We integrate instructional design elements: informing learners of objectives, stimulating recall, eliciting performance, providing feedback, and enhancing retention. We conduct post-training assessments to capture user satisfaction and increases in knowledge and skills. Our trainers manage all pre-training, onsite, and post-training logistics and meeting management services. They also manage all technical services, such as GoToMeeting, Webex, and other web conferencing software, as needed.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
To develop trainings that are carefully tailored to learners’ needs, FEI System uses the ADDIE instructional systems design model. ADDIE is a dynamic, agile, and iterative guideline for developing effective training and performance support tools.
