Training and Technical assistance
FEI Systems tailors each T/TA event for the unique needs of the customer and end user. We begin by conducting a T/TA needs assessment. This determines each event’s goals and objectives. Prior to T/TA events, FEI develops T/TA materials, including PowerPoint-based T/TA trainers’ and users’ guides, handouts and job aids, and reference materials. We incorporate instructional design elements such as goals and objectives, exercises, and assessments. We recruit subject matter experts and/or internal staff to facilitate the events. We provide all pre-event, onsite, and post-event logistics and meeting management and all technical logistics, such as managing GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Webex and other web conferencing software. Following each T/TA event, we conduct post-event surveys to capture user satisfaction and learner knowledge. We capture all T/TA activities and report findings.
